第十六集 Walnut Shrimp 沙律合桃蝦

沙律合桃蝦
材料:中蝦去殼十隻,合桃50克,麵粉三湯匙,白沙律醬兩湯匙,米酒1湯匙,雞湯3湯匙,糖1湯匙,(鷹栗粉1湯匙加水100ml),鹽和白胡椒粉。
做法:先將中蝦用鹽和白胡椒粉調味,再上麵粉大火炸脆表面(約炸40秒),待用。燒鑊,放入雞湯,米酒,白沙律醬,中蝦,糖,鹽和白胡椒粉,炒勻, 加入鷹栗粉水埋芡,最後放入合桃炒勻。完成。
秘訣:炒嘅時間唔好太耐,埋芡要快。
